The second, ib6server.wse, is the setup script that calls ib6install and creates IB6Server.exe (above). This is a "minimal" installation of InterBase 6 which does not include the documentation or examples. This "minimal install" script was contributed by Dan Palley.

Microsoft Installer (MSI) Merge Modules
Tony Whyman at MWA Software has created some MSI Merge Modules for installing InterBase. These scripts are based on InstallShield Express 3.
Note: The InterBase Merge Modules are no longer available. They have been replaced with Firebird Merge Modules.
